∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have experience in the related field.
∎ Knowledge of implementation of education program and the situation in Bangladesh including constraints and issues in the primary education is required Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making; Planning skills; Excellent skills on dealing with beneficiaries, community and other stakeholders; Supportive supervision and motivation skill; Minimum 5 years experience in the related field Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English. Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for leading the program operation in the respective areas for implementation of quality education activities.
∎ Prepare monthly individual and area-wise action plans to ensure proper implementation of the action plan.
∎ Make regular and frequent Learning Centre (LC) visits for quality checking and ensure support for learners.
∎ Ensure proper guidance to Field Officers (FO) and their regular visits to the field and supervise them to perform quality program activities.
∎ Ensure proper operation and overall management of the LCs under the assigned working area;
∎ Ensure necessary supplies are available at each LC
∎ Attend regular meetings with Government officers (CIC) and site management meeting
∎ Provide daily progress information to PM;
∎ Prepare the monthly narrative report on time
∎ Facilitate monthly staff meetings;
∎ Participate in different events organized by the donor and the organization
∎ Technical activities:
∎ Provide technical input to develop the teachers’ training short package; ensure implementation of the Training Curriculum;
∎ Develop a Training Calendar, Training Schedule with the design of the training course.
∎ Conduct teacher training and Burmese Language Instructor training on ECD, ALP, and MC packages.
∎ Assist FOs and FAs in conducting regular teacher refresher training and capacity building of them.
∎ Assessing FOs and FAs performance through follow-up;
∎ Keep local-level networks with the different stakeholders and education-related organizations and government agencies
∎ Provide on-the-job training to the teachers (host & Burmese) through measuring performances of both children’s learning and teachers’ capacity
∎ S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy. Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing 'Rohingya children and adolescents aged 3-18 receive gender responsive, quality, inclusive education through the Myanmar curriculum and Early Childhood Development in the Rohingya refugee response, Cox's Bazar.
