How to print T4’s from previous years (2024)

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks Online Payroll provides the ability to archive forms incase you need them in the future. By following these steps below, you'll be able to locate and print the archived payroll forms you need.

1. Go to "Taxes" and select "Payroll tax"
2. Click on the "Filings" tab
3. Scroll down and select "Archived forms and filings".
4. All archived forms are listed here. Select the form.
5. Select View.

For further assistance with retrieving these previous payroll forms, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your account with you in a secure setting to be able to assist you in retrieving those forms. You can reach them using these steps:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Where do I find "Taxes" in QB Desktop? I've looked everywhere......

Thanks for joining this thread. QuickBooks Desktop Payroll gives you the ability to easily access your tax forms. I'd be glad to help.

I encourage to follow these steps to access your T4s.

1. Select Employees from the top menu.
2. Hover over Payroll Forms.
3. Choose Process T4s.

You can also access your T4s by following these steps.

1. Select Employees from the top menu.
2. Choose Payroll Centre.
3. Click the File Forms tab.
4. Double-click to select T4s.
