Update: I went back in to ask for a manager and get a refund. The manager yelled at me and told me that I already had burns on my face when I first came in. I showed her pictures of me from earlier that week proving I don’t just walked around with burned skin.

The worst experience ever. Their basic manicure and pedicure is soaking and cutting your nails with lotion at the end. And they charge $45 for this service!!! I couldn’t get they guy to understand I wanted more than the most basic manicure. The dead skin he left was so bad but not as bad as the misshapen nails that were jagged and chipped. I would have left a generous tip had they even tried to understand me and what I was asking for! I will never go back and I will tell everyone I come across to not go there as well!!! Wish I could give negative stars!!!

I’ve resided and worked in the area for almost 20 years. This nail salon used to be decent but the turnover of staff is obvious because the original workers are all gone. Since then the service has suffered GREATLY. The prices at this salon are above average in comparison to others but unfortunately the service does not coincide or reflect the prices. If you want to pay MORE and get less this is the place for you! An old polish was used on me and my services were $130+ everything was ok and I even tipped $20 but as soon as I complained about the poor quality of the polish (cracking, spaces, blotchy) I was reprimanded by the employee (who did not even do the service on me) that “this was the color I chose and if I wanted a different color I would need to pay again” . Please do not come here if you expect good customer service because you won’t be getting it.

First and last time using this location. The 2 star is because the front desk is polite. One tech wouldn’t give me service because I was only getting a mani & pedi and was rude. The tech that did my mani & pedi was not that attentive, distracted with talking to other techs. When she finished she just walked away. I had to buckle my own shoes, etc. They made me feel like I was wasting their time because I got a regular mani & pedi. Was going to give a tip, but she walked away without a thank you.

The most uneven nails I have ever had!! And I’ve been getting my nails done 25 years. After $85 for a full set, I’d imagine there would be a better nail technician. Got a pedi that wasn’t worth it. $135 And a week later I have to start over This “salon” doesn’t deserve a 3.5 star review..

I was so excited to try this place for the first time. I needed two nails fixed. Walked in with two people in front of me and 5 people after me. They took EVERYONE before me. I waited 40 minutes and asked how much longer. By the time I did so, there was only one person left behind me waiting. They said they had to take all full sets, including the lady behind me before they could take me. MY SERVICE WOULD’VE ONLY TAKEN 20 MINUTES, but to put me behind absolutely everyone who kept entering was ridiculous and to not even let me know till I asked was a complete waste of time. Really disappointed in the little service I received

Second time in a row leaving with a horrible paint job on my pedicure . The facility is clean and a good selection of polish but it shouldn’t look like my 9 year old painted them. I said something to the nail tech twice. I was told the manager was unavailable and has not returned my calls.

I had a horrible experience. Came in for a pedicure and refill. Had to wait 20 minutes. No worries then after my pedicure I got lost in the shuffle when other people who came long after I was there had a pedicure and sat down after me for nails and was seen before me.Pedicure

They say me in a chair and started my pedicure I paid for extra upgrades which for some reason are never the same each visit. The pedicure was almost finished and I asked about my refill which no one seemed to be aware of. So I had to sit another 30 plus minutes getting that done. I went to pay and asked for my receipt because todays visit seemed a lot higher then usual. They charged me almost double for my normal refill. I asked about it they gentlemen went and asked the technician who replied that’s what I’m charging with no explanation. They say me in a chair and started my pedicure I paid for extra upgrades which for some reason are never the same each visit.
