NEEDS AND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR VERY CAREFULLY AND REQUEST THAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A

VALUABLE TIME PLEASE - - - NO APARTMENTS - SHARES OR ROOMS - CONDOS OR LOFTS AND MUST
BE ON A SUITABLE HORSE PROPERTY..... DON'T WASTE MY %#*()@)&^&%^$ TIME........... GET IT????
SEEKING A HOUSE / GUESTHOUSE LOCATED ON A HORSE PROPERTY/RANCH FOR WORK/RENT CONSIDERATION - anywhere between Thousand Oaks and Palos Verde Peninsula preferably. I am also seeking to extend that area to include the state of Nevada as I am willing to relocate. I would appreciate a two or three bedroom and full bath(s) but can strongly consider a one bedroom if "spacious" enough. A good full kitchen is also very much desired - I am a fanatical cook having owned my own restaurant for many years and would be considered a "master chef". I am also a "semi-retired" general contractor and builder with more than 50 years of experience.
I have typically used a second bedroom as an office and a third bedroom as my music/recording room/studio and have a very large desk I need space for - but again a 1 bedroom if big enough could work - - I would also appreciate a garage/shop and/or "work space" if possible. I have been restoring vintage stoves and antique furniture for many years and desire a location where I can continue with my projects and facilitate any work for the property. I have a full compliment of tools and equipment in excess of twenty thousand dollars for almost any type of carpentry, electrical and plumbing work - woodworking, refinishing, restoration, repair and all general construction.
The biggest consideration is to be able to have my 7 and a half year old Pereuvian Paso and 4 year old Azteca on the same property with me - I adopted the Paso 6+ years ago after he was rescued from a feed lot auction - the Azteca mare has been with me for about 7 months.
The main objective I would like to accomplish is to be on a property that I can help maintain and provide caretaker/handyman services - in addition to caring for and working with other horses and/or livestock as a possible consideration for some of the rent - or all if a position is available. I am not a master trainer but have been involved and working with horses for more than 55 years including being part of the BLM Mustang roundups in Wyoming since 1992 - and have a very in depth knowledge of them in just about every sense.
I have been managing an almost 600 acre ranch in Lake Hughes for the past year tending to a herd of 7 Scottish Highland cows and other livestock including KuneKune pigs - chickens - goats and additional horses. I have also effected almost $150,000.00 of construction needs, remodeling and renovations to a great deal of the ranch.
The owners of the property are arranging a sale of the ranch presently and I am seeking a new position of a similar nature.
Possibly a slightly tall order to fill - but I have to believe there is a "situation" out there that someone has and can work out for us. I should mention that I also have a cat as well and two year old German Shepherd pups that are very protective of any livestock and property - - without being aggressive to people... Unless the situation warrants it/.
A place approximately 1,000 square feet could be suitable and of course more would be ideal. I am very open to "rent/work" possibilities but being prudent rent has to be a strong "minimal" consideration as I am on a "fixed income".... The work and knowledge I bring to the table will be more than substantial.......
