Sold my home and paid off the loan, but they are showing me as late on my last payment, which wasn't due until after the loan was paid off. This dropped my credit score by over 100 points, even though I had never been late even once on this account, and all of my other accounts (credit cards, etc.) are all in good standing.

Penny Mac has been great to work with, but the financial institution that got me the loan was a rip off. They took 10,000 I worked hard to get. Told me my credit rating dropped right before signing.

They made it so easy to to do a cash out refinance loan. Very informative company. And if you had any questions they always called back.

PennyMac has always done everything they can to help me keep my home. I have fallen on some hard time financially and they are alway trying to help me keep my home and find a solution to my financial issues. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a home and stop renting and begin to plan for there future

I like the customer service. The lower payments, and easy process to purchasing a home. They work with you if you fall behind. And show you ways to get help if you need it.

Great mortgage company they have great at counseling me steering me motivating me let me know what's entitled what my loan entails it's a VA loan I'm sorry Veterans Administration loan and they could not have been any better I love my interest rate thank you
